Launching our price freeze promise -broadband that shifts at prices that don’t!

We are delighted to have kicked off the New Year with a price freeze promise for our customers, assuring that with our fair and transparent pricing, our customers will always benefit from brilliant broadband at a great price.

Our monthly packages start at £24.95 for 100mbps on a 24-month contract, and our 1Gbps service is priced at £39.95 for an equivalent contract period which represents the lowest list price for a full gigabit service in our build areas. We started building our full fibre, gigabit capable network in the east of England and we are now live in 25 towns from Skegness in Lincolnshire to Braintree in Essex.

Jason Coward, our Chief Commercial Officer, said: “We understand the importance of a fast, reliable broadband service, but we also recognise that customers need to be able to manage their monthly outgoings. We have created a pricing policy which treats our existing and new customers the same way, offering them all the peace of mind that their monthly bill will not go up in price during or at the end of their contract.

Once a customer is on our network, they can earn free months through our referral programme by introducing newcomers to LightSpeed, which adds tangible value to all our users. We aim to back up our fair pricing policy with industry leading service, which is reflected in our TrustPilot score where our customers have rated us as Excellent.”

Until the end of January, we are also offering three months free with free home set up for a service that brings broadband happiness with no bickering, no buffering and no battling for bandwidth.
