24 Months Competiition

We reserve the right to withdraw offers and/or your pre-order at any time. No payment details are required when pre-ordering your LightSpeed service and no payment will be taken until you complete your order. You’ll be notified by email when your order can be completed, you’ll need to provide payment details and book your home setup appointment. In the event that we’re unable to connect your home to our network your pre-order will be cancelled, and you will be notified by email. Speeds to your home:
Subject to status. We will deliver 1100 Mbps (1 Gigabit plans) or 110 Mbps (100 Mbps plan) upload and download speeds to your LightSpeed Hub depending on your chosen plan. Speed test must be carried out on the Nokia app which provides an accurate view of upload and download speed performance. Obtainable speeds over Wi-Fi are subject to the capability of your device, your home environment and the number of connected devices in your home.. For maximum speeds, connect via an Ethernet cable. Refer a friend:
Existing customer: If you refer a friend and they use your personal referral code when they join, you’ll both get 2 months free subscription on your next chargeable bills. This is based on both parties being actively connected to LightSpeed broadband plans and being up to date on payments where applicable. Any referral credits left at the point of disconnecting your LightSpeed service will be lost as promotions do not carry a cash value.
New customer: 2 months free will be applied automatically to orders placed using a referral code. Once your LightSpeed connection is live, your first and second monthly subscription price will not be collected. Monthly payment collections will begin in the third month and continue until the end of your contract.
For you to receive your 2 months free, your referee and yourself must both be live (successfully installed and receiving a live broadband service). There is absolutely no limit to how many people you refer.
Your free months can’t be transferred or exchanged. At point of order, referee MUST include your unique code within the referral/promotion section at checkout on www.lightspeed.co.uk or give to agent if placing the order via the phone.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and terminate the scheme at any time with or without notice.
In case we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to withhold rewards.

A referral award is confirmed when the Referred User signs up to a new residential 12 or 24-month contract.
Package small print:
Your price will be fixed for the term of your contract (£39.95/£24.95 for 24 months or £44.95 for 12 months). Contract and price package subject to credit check and availability. Once your contract ends you will automatically revert to the then current standard package price unless you sign up to a new contract for which different pricing applies. The price of our packages may increase each year to account for the rate of inflation plus 3.7%. The guaranteed speeds for your plan will be covered in your order confirmation and are based on the upload and download speeds of at least 50% of our customer base at peak time (8pm - 10pm). Speed testing should be performed using the Nokia app. Billing is in advance and must be paid by direct debit. We will install your fibre broadband. If you need to change or cancel an installation appointment, you must tell us at least two working days beforehand to avoid additional charges. Eligibility
1. The promoter of this prize draw is LightSpeed Broadband Ltd of Fulney Hall, Holbeach Road, Spalding, Lincolnshire PE12 6ER (Promoter).
2. This prize draw is open to those aged 18 years or over. The prize draw is not eligible to employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

Entry period

Winner selection and announcement
6. At the end of the Entry Period, the Promoter will select a winner by random draw on 15 December 2023 (Selection Date).
7. One winner will be announced. The decision of the Promoter shall be final. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of any decision made in connection with the prize draw.
8. The Promoter will contact the winner as soon as practicable after the Selection Date. The winner shall be contacted by telephone or email by no later than 19 December 2023. The winner will be announced via Instagram and Facebook by no later than 22 December 2023.
Prize
9. The prize is a PlayStation 5 (PS5 Disc Edition White). The Prize is subject to the following terms and conditions, found here www.lightspeed.co.uk/terms-and-conditions. The Prize must be redeemed by the winner by no later than 22 December 2023.
10. The winner may terminate the Prize at any time, by written notice without charge.
11. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
General
14. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
17. Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy and for the purpose of announcing the winner of this prize draw.
18. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

When applying for a voucher, you are pledging to take service from LightSpeed Broadband once the network is built and service is available. Reaching the pledge target for your community is a condition of LightSpeed Broadband building the network and providing service. Every applicant needs to verify their voucher with the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).
Under the terms of the voucher scheme:
Your new connection must be for a minimum of 12 months
The package you sign up to must double your current speeds if less than 50 Mbps or be a minimum of 100 Mbps if your current speeds exceed 50 Mbps
There will be no charge for the network build, installation or set up. But, you will be committing to a monthly subscription charge of the package of your choice and any additional hardware outside what is specified in the packages offered on our website
Only one voucher per person per household is allowed and any duplicates will be cancelled
If you are applying for a business voucher (sole traders or VAT registered) the Government will ask you for proof of status
LightSpeed own and operate their full fibre to the premises network and service is only available through LightSpeed Broadband once the infrastructure is in place and ready for service.
