Building our gigabit, full fibre

network across the East of England

We’re on a mission to unlock the digital potential of underserved communities in the UK.

We’ve started building our state-of-the-art full fibre network in 32 market towns in South Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Rutland. It’ll mean residents and local businesses will have access to a truly future-proof internet connection.

Committed to sustainability and the environment

Our ambition is to contribute to digital equality in Britain by building one million more gigabit broadband homes by 2026, empowering the communities we are working in.

As we roll out our network, we strive to lead the way with not just faster, more reliable internet with the best locally delivered service but through responsible and sustainable business practices.

We’re committed to supporting local communities and to our environment, so at every opportunity, we’re investing in greener ways and asking our partners to meet our same high standards.

FAQs

How will I know you are coming to my street?

We’ll add more detail on each of the towns we’re building as things progress, check your address on our availability checker. Follow us on social media for all the latest news and announcements.

Will you be able to connect all homes in an area?

We aim to provide services to as many homes and businesses as possible. In some areas this may not be possible, in which case we will look at what the options are to connect these areas, which may require additional funding.

Will you provide services in rural locations?

Our focus is to get as many homes and businesses connected. We will initially prioritise areas of denser populations in towns across the region. We will open a dialogue with local authorities and communities to understand needs and priorities in more rural areas in due course.
