Pop-up welcoming broadband happiness to Maldon

We are delighted that homes and businesses in Maldon can now connect to our network and access Gigabit broadband. We will be hosting a series of meetups in the town to explain the benefits of the Gigabit service and the packages available.

Our Community Engagement Team will be at the Vintage Rose Tearoom just off Maldon High Street, from 10 am to 3 pm, on Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd of February. Residents are welcome to drop in for refreshments, ask any questions about the service and register to hear as soon as they can connect.

Jason Coward, Chief Commercial Officer at LightSpeed Broadband said: “We are thrilled that customers in Maldon can now connect to our full fibre network and experience the benefits of the latest digital Gigabit broadband. As a regionally based internet service provider, we are very proud of how our service has been received and the opportunities this digital connectivity will bring to residents, businesses and the wider economy across the East of England.

Residents are encouraged to register to be the first to hear when their home or business can access the network.”

Our package includes a Nokia-engineered LightSpeed Hub with the latest Wi-Fi 6 technology for better coverage. Additional Nokia Wi-Fi 6 Beacons are also available to create an in-home Wi-Fi mesh-system which extends the signal around the home. Customers can manage their Wi-Fi network with a free Nokia app and add parental controls as necessary.
