What we need you to do

  • Work daily routes set by your line manager to work to deliver sales through door 2 door activity, venue sales, community engagement and more.

    · Be able to manage pipelines effectively to be able to manage customers even when you are not in an area.

    · Ability to communicate effectively across all channels, including telesales, email, and face to face.

    · Can create a positive first impression and able to keep people engaged in conversation.

    · Educate and inform customers on their choices when it comes to broadband.

    · Identify and engage in decision makers quickly to make the process streamlined and effective.

    · Basic use of office equipment and tablets, for system use.

  • You are super-organised and feel more comfortable working to a logical structure.

    · You’re a resilient person, able to maintain and radiate a positive, upbeat attitude - even on the most challenging of days. 

    · You think well on your feet and can adapt your approach quickly - based on information you’re receiving in real time.

    · You find it easy to get along with people – forming good professional relationships quickly – and gaining colleagues and customer’s trust.

    · You have an ability to automatically manage and prioritise tasks even when things change at short notice.

    · You’re a genuine team player, you find it easy to build and maintain strong relationships and like being part of something special.
