  • Business packages supply you with a business-grade service allowing you to benefit from the dedicated business customer support, Static IP addresses and invoices generated in your business’s name.

  • This is not a traditional leased line service. However, our dedicated full-fibre broadband connection provides speeds that exceed those provided by leased lines at a fraction of the price, and at a 1:1 contention ratio. We can deliver our full fibre broadband services in much shorter timeframes than leased lines, with much lower set up costs and zero Excess Construction Charges (ECCs).

  • Yes, that’s not a problem. To request your upgrade, give our Customer Service team a call on 01775 830 075.

  • Yes, we can provide your service as a bridged connection with our Optical Network Termination (ONT) unit / supplied router. You will also be required to have a fixed IP address as part of your package for your own router which just plugs directly into the LightSpeed ONT unit / supplied router.

  • We are unable to provide technical support for your internal network and devices. We will always try to ensure that your broadband connection is available and that the LightSpeed ONT unit / supplied router is functioning correctly. We recommend that you use a specialist IT support services provider to help you with your internal network if you do not have the necessary skills.
